Shounen Club 2014.08.13 Review

http://therapeute-awatef.com/leadership-essay-mba/ The second Shounen Club (ザ少年倶楽部) for August began with the three elder members of Sexy Zone singing “Sexy Summer ni Yuki ga Furu”. If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you already know how I feel about this song. If you haven’t: I hate it. I still consider it a mess of randomly assembled musical phrases and sound effects rather than a proper composition. The dance is weak, too (lots of arm-waving, very little leg work).

What Should I Do My Essay On I don’t like opening medleys in general, but at least this one eventually got the audience pumped up.

Let’s see how many summer songs they actually do (I’m not going to count “Sexy Summer” since it can’t decide what season it’s in, has Christmas themes throughout it, and they wore Santa costumes when initially promoting it).

Shounen Club 2014.08.06 Review

http://gila.com.mx/horrid-homework-games/ Shounen Club (ザ少年倶楽部) is a music variety show hosted by Kawai Fumito of A.B.C-Z and Kiriyama Akito of Johnny’s West that showcases the song-and-dance skills of the Johnny’s Entertainment agency’s most recently debuted groups – A.B.C-Z, Sexy Zone, and Johnny’s West – as well as the agency’s trainees (known as juniors).

http://www.hdwallpap.com/will-you-write-my-essay-for-me/ The main fascination with the show, at least for me, is to try to figure out which of the juniors will emerge as the next generation of stars. This episode opens with some prime candidates handling the intro, as Jinguji Yuta, Iwahashi Genki, Abe Aran, and Kishi Yuta led a cadre of other juniors in SMAP’s “Bang! Bang! Vacance”.

Waterproof Writing Paper They made way for the elder juniors, who continued the song. While the four listed above seem to be in a stable grouping (except that they’re missing Miyachika Kaito), the elder juniors have no such luck, and every time I turn around, they’re in a totally different arrangement.

Fair enough, though, since I typically like this type of all-in one-song opening for Shounen Club. It feels right to have the whole cast out front to kick things off.

http://www.fingerprintsservicesinc.com/business-risk-management-plan-example/ Shounen Club (ザ少年倶楽部) is a music variety show hosted Kawai Fumito of A.B.C-Z and Kiriyama Akito of Johnny’s West that showcases the song-and-dance skills of the Johnny’s Entertainment agency’s most recently debuted groups – A.B.C-Z, Sexy Zone, and Johnny’s West – as well as the agency’s trainees (known as juniors).

http://sqr.com.bd/homework-help-with-biology/ The show begins with A.B.C-Z performing their debut song “Za ABC ~5stars~”. There are a lot of juniors in the background and many of them even have microphones, but I’m pretty sure A.B.C-Z can do this song without their help. The stage was way too crowded for me at the very start.

http://www.sharon-zarabi.com/web/make-a-essay-online/ Thankfully, they started doing some specific introductions, beginning with Takahashi Kaito-kun, Nakamura Reia-kun, and Takahashi Fuu-kun. Hmm . . . I was sort of hoping they’d skip surrounding Kaito-kun with skateboards and the like, but it looks like they’ve replaced the rollerskates with head-spinning, and Kaito-kun continues to look a bit slow by comparison. Worse, it’s inconvenient to have two Takahashis in the same trio, isn’t it?

english paper list Miyachika Kaito, Abe Aran, Haniuda Amu, and Tajima Shogo also got individual intros. This is sort of strange, though. I was thinking that this would be one of those things where they’d go through all the juniors on stage, but instead they stopped at those seven. I mean, they didn’t even do Jinguji, Iwahashi, and Kishi, even though the other two members of the group were named. Do you suppose some of it was cut out?

Gamushara J’s Party 2014.06.14 Review

Posted on: June 23rd, 2014 by tylerraiz No Comments

follow In the first Gamushara J’s Party!! (ガムシャラ J’s Party!!) of June, I was surprised by how Yasui Kentaro-kun didn’t get to do a performance despite the fact that he was in the spray art challenge. Well, they made up for that by starting off with him this time (when I say start with, I mean after the two minute opening that they force us to sit through before the show really starts).

2014.06.14 Gamushara Js Party 000

Yasui-kun starts the show singing “Kizuna”, and unlike the second episodes in previous months, this didn’t feel as much like it was starting in the middle of nowhere. That said, they could have just been lucky to have performance ot open with – I’m still not convinced that when they record the live J’s Party events, they have the need to edit them into episodes in mind.

2014.06.14 Gamushara Js Party 001

Anyway, Yasui-kun was great, of course. The twenty-two year old (going on twenty-three in a month) followed “Kizuna” with “Take Over”, and while he’s engaging on his own, I still hope that they find an appropriate and stable group to put around him soon. His voice is on the thin side, and could do with support.

2014.06.14 Gamushara Js Party 0022014.06.14 Gamushara Js Party 003

Speaking of voices, Masuda Ryo, Jesse, and Hanzawa Akatsuki joined Yasui-kun on stage to perform “Suna no Glass”. No problems with this combination, of course – even in off-stage activities it’s pretty easy to see how they could work together in variety shows and such, since their personalities are different.

Shounen Club 2014.06.11 Review

The second Shounen Club (ザ少年倶楽部) of June started with a lot of guitarists on stage – the SC band plus a few. Usually when they decide to have the instrumentalists on Shounen Club, we see a lot of them, and I hope that will be the case here.

The three elder members of Sexy Zone – Nakajima Kento, Kikuchi Fuma, and Sato Shori – greeted the audience and then started singing “Thank You” with a whole host of juniors also singing.

2014.06.11 Shounen Club 0002014.06.11 Shounen Club 001

Tough to name all of them. Let’s see . . . there was Yasui Kentaro, Ishigaki Daisuke, Goto Hiromi, Ogawa Yuu, Jinguji Yuta, Kobayashi Mizuki, Sanada Yuma, Jesse, and Hagiya Keigo. Oh, and also two other non-juniors – Johnny’s WEST’s Hamada Takahiro-kun and Kamiyama Tomohiro-kun showing that they really could be part of a SHARK-like group. The screencaps came out pretty fuzzy, so I suggest just watching this opening – it’s going to be one of the highlights. Oh, and grab a good quality version of it – too many people on stage for anything less.

2014.06.11 Shounen Club 0022014.06.11 Shounen Club 003

Except for the band, the juniors cleared the stage as hosts Kawai Fumito-kun and Kiriyama Akito-kun joined the other debuted members present to introduce the theme of the show – Rock. Well, assuming we’re talking about the form of music rather than stones (of the non-rolling variety), I think my hope that we’ll see more of the band will be fulfilled.

Gamushara J’s Party 2014.06.07 Review

Gamushara J’s Party!! (ガムシャラ J’s Party!!) is a music variety show that features on-stage performances from Johnny’s juniors, the idol trainees of the Johnny’s Entertainment agency, as well as some backstage footage to show all sides of the experience. It is associated with another TV Asahi show called Gamushara, in which the same juniors featured in J’s Party also take on a variety of challenges.

My main hope going into the June episodes was that we see a wider selection of juniors than we saw in May. The opening credits highlighted Jesse, Hanzawa Akatsuki, Masuda Ryo, Miyachika Kaito, Nakamura Reia, Takahashi Kaito, Matsuda Genta, Suzuki Shunei, Haniuda Amu, and Kishi Yuta. So . . . that’s exactly the same number of juniors as we saw in May – ten. Is this going to be a pattern with this show, that we only see ten juniors each month? If so, I guess it could work out as long as they keep rotating most of them. And here, between May and June, I think Jesse-kun is the only person in J’s Party for both months.

2014.06.07 Gamushara Js Party 000

The show begins with an overture and the dramatic entrance of the three headliners – Jesse, Hanzawa, and Masuda – singing Kis-My-Ft2’s “Everybody Go”.

The rest of the cast of ten soon join them, but except for Kishi-kun, the rest act as backdancers. It’s interesting to see Jesse-Hanzawa-Masuda since they’re a vocally adept trio, but even more interesting to hear Kishi-kun in the mix and getting solo lines in their company. Kishi-kun’s voice provides a contrast to those of the other three.
